Chance Aguilar joins the site!

i just wanted to take a moment to welcome Chance Aguilar to the site, our first Staff Writer! (maybe he can also be my HR, so i can stop trying to hire women when flirting, shame shame)

Chance is a thoughtful and considering person with lots of opinions, just ask him about the evils of music sampling (don’t)! in real life he’s a pretty stoic guy, so getting to read his words and inner thoughts on music is even a big deal for me! (i’m gonna spend all my exclamation mark points in this first paragraph alone) above all, Chance has a wonderful point of view and taste in music that is greatly different from mine. i’m so happy to have someone on the site that can think and feel how i don’t.

as much as i’d love to dump his whole personality and story here, i think he would rather do it himself. get to know him on his introduction page and through the reviews and articles he will be writing for the site! he already has two up and is working on his next already.

it’s already difficult enough writing for the site and managing it myself, so having someone else to write will be a massive help. it’ll give me a chance to focus more on planning and site maintenance while keeping up site content. Chance has already been a big help in giving me new perspective on the site, and slapping me on the hand for not posting on social media enough. my hand hurts in thankfulness. and check out that new search bar function! all his idea. so right, so right. (it only took 3 hours *cry*)

i just wanted to take a moment to share the great news. The Sagasu Review was intended from start to promote writers’ personality and style be their own. bringing on Chance is a wonderful step towards this site’s ultimate goal.

the future of the site is looking brighter already!
